QP series pneumatic caliper disc brakes, crane brake, industrial brake are the advanced products which not only have the advantages of disc brakes but also have wide suit abilities and unique superiority, featuring in simple structure, small volume, light weight, high reliability, taking compressed air as dynamic source which is easily applied, applicable for many disc diameters, convenient for installation, adjustment and maintenance. They are widely used in metallurgy, loading and unloading of bulk material for deceleration and braking of fixed operational mechanism.

QP series brakes accord with German DIN5435 standard and JB/T7020-93 standard.

Brake linings adopt inserted pressure spring which is easy and quick to be replaced.

The dynamic source to be used can be incorporated with the existing compressed air station, which is not necessary to be separately arranged, the speed variation valve can be installed in the air supply pipe, which can realize stepless speed variation for braking time.
